RETURN POLICY
No returns or refunds are permitted for online orders.  If you receive the wrong item(s) or damaged item(s), please email us at jeteveuxbuttas@gmail.com.  Include a photo of wrong/damaged item UNOPENED, order number, and we will send you a shipping label to have item(s) returned and replaced within 3-5 business days of receipt.  Replacements are sent out immediately based on our discretion.

 

LOST/STOLEN POLICY
JTV Beauty is NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages.  If you have not received your package due to any circumstances please contact USPS to file a lost/stolen package claim.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Our team work hard to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently.  Therefore, we cannot make adjustments, changes, or cancel any order once processed and submitted.

 

SHIPPING POLICY
After we have received and processed your payment in full, your package will be shipped out within 2-3 business days.  We try our best to ensure your package is delivered safely with no damage, but cannot guarantee that it will arrive in perfect condition due to the Postal Service handling.
